Identify
Find a specific need where a practical intervention can make a difference.
ONE EARTH VISION
We work with qualified local partners to help people access cataract surgery when cost or other barriers stand in the way, while also supporting vision screenings that identify children and adults who may benefit from eyeglasses or further eye care. By using existing healthcare resources rather than building new infrastructure, we keep our work focused, efficient and measurable.
Restored sight can mean greater independence, returning to work, and seeing loved ones again.
OUR APPROACH
Find a specific need where a practical intervention can make a difference.
Work with trusted local organizations that understand their communities.
Provide the resources needed to turn a good solution into action.
Look at what actually changed—not simply what was spent.
Small by design. Local by approach. Measurable by principle.
SINCE 2015
From education and healthcare to clean water and emergency relief, our journey has been shaped by practical ways to help when help was needed.
Helping students continue their education when classrooms moved online during the pandemic.
Supporting the creation of a community library.
Nursing students providing community health screenings.
Supporting local partners to bring safer, more reliable water access to communities.
Each project taught us something. Together, they shaped how One Earth works today.
EMPOWERING LIVES
We believe education can do more than prepare someone for a career—it can open a path toward independence and a different future.
Supporting nursing students in the Philippines as they work toward their degrees.
Helping participating students stay focused on reaching graduation.
Supporting the pathway toward professional nursing opportunities after successfully passing the NCLEX.
For participating graduates who qualify, One Earth helps with job placement and eligible visa-related costs to pursue nursing opportunities in the United States.
Special thanks to our Volunteer Outreach Coordinator Kimberly Retardo.
Education creates opportunity. Opportunity can change a life.
LOCAL SOLUTIONS
One Earth Foundation considers small, catalytic grants for practical projects that align with our values and approach. We look for strong local partners, clear needs, sensible budgets and results that can be measured.

LOOKING AHEAD
We grow organically—learning from experience and building on what works.
In 2027, One Earth plans to explore school-based vision screenings and eyeglasses for children in the Philippines through local healthcare and education partners.
We also plan to explore targeted health screenings for children and seniors, connecting people with appropriate local care when additional attention is needed.
Start small. Measure the result. Build on what works.
